GET INVOLVED

  1. Direct Withdrawal Donation- you may complete the enclosed form ONE time to donate any amount monthly from your bank account.  This method saves you and Community Life Center time and postage.  Remember to attach a voided check and enter the amount of your monthly gift on the check.
  2. Pledge form- Complete our INVESTING IN YOUR COMMUNITY form to pledge a one-time or monthly financial gift.  We will send you a reminder each month or as you stipulate on the form.
  3. Pay Pal- go to our new website: www.CLCofDeltona.com  Click on HOW CAN I HELP then on DONATE, and enter your credit card information.
  4. Anonymous Donation- some donors wish to remain unidentified.  Riverside Bank at 1212 Providence Blvd. in Deltona accepts anonymous donations for Community Life Center through its Donation Fund Account # 2860. 
  5. Partner with Community Life Center by placing your accounts at your local Riverside Bank.  Complete the partnership form attached and Riverside will quarterly donate 1% of the total of non-interest baring accounts to Community Life Center at no cost to you.
