A place homeless, hopeless, hungry, heartbroken and hurting people of our city come to get “real life” answers to daily problems and situations.

We are a place that evaluates, encourages, directs and salvages people from despair by providing immediate services and developing an individual plan of action designed to help them eliminate their dependency on welfare and other assistance programs and lead them to  self-sufficiency.

“We opened our homes to distribute food, clothing, furniture and toys to hurting families of our city, because we saw a need” Pastor Phyllis Gregory, 1996. Today CLC is located in Deltona’s First Social Service Center and serves an average of 40-50 families a day
